From Little Rock, Arkansas you take I-30 West to exit 170 towards Hot Springs, Arkansas. Turn right onto US 70- West for 16 miles. You will take a slight right to remain on US-70 West (the sign is also directing you towards US-270/Mt Ida) for another 12 miles. You will then use the left lane to take the US-270 West exit towards Mt. Ida. Stay on US-270 West for about 41 miles. When you come into Pencil Bluff, turn left onto Arkansas 88-West. Go about 13 miles to Polk County Road 684 and take a left. After making a left turn you will see the Holly Bottoms Gate. You will gain access to the Lagom property through the Holly Bottoms Gate.
